What We're Doing To Slow The Spread of COVID-19

Our top priority is your health – and our Candu Pros' – during your service experience. Here is what we’re doing to slow the spread of COVID-19 and what you, as a Member, should do before requesting service if you, a close contact, or a household member has been exposed or infected.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, we’ve asked our Candu Pros to notify us immediately if they or their Candu Pro Technicians have been exposed or infected so we can re-route their service requests. We’ve also shared the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention best practices and recommended service visit precautions to help protect you and them. We will continue to work closely with the Candu Pros so they can maintain a safe, high-quality service experience as the impact of the coronavirus evolves.

We need your help, too. If you or a close contact has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or if you or a member of your household is quarantined by a public health agency, please call us at (833) 726-9450 before requesting service. We’ll work with you and our Candu Pros to find a solution, but we may not be able to fulfill your service request immediately. So we can better assist Members impacted by the coronavirus, please do not call this number if this does not apply to you.
